NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest or Yoga Nidra) is a type of guided meditation that requires no movement and allows access to delta brainwaves, which are responsible for the healing and restoration that happens in your body during deep sleep
Sound Healing Sessions or Gong Baths induce a spontaneous meditative state & are known to regenerate neurons in the brain, eliminate looping thoughts, lower blood pressure and help repair the nervous system
Live Classes are a combination of the above depending on the occasion. Available for Private Events, Corporate Office, In Person or Virtual Coaching.
